Primary on Prouty with dark accent wall

The primary bedroom in a home should be a sanctuary in my opinion. When we first moved into our home this bedroom was so beyond basic and setup in a very awkward way. To be honest, my husband had bought this home prior to us meeting and it was a bachelor pad for about two months before I could get my hands on it officially. It was important that we create a space that was "ours" from the beginning. Refreshing the room and furniture made this bedroom space completely revitalized.

Here are some really good shots of how the room was laid out prior to starting the project. The bed was on the opposite wall, there was a TV hung super high and the furniture was too large for the arrangement of the room.
